Clay and calcareous soil

Soft pressing, cold maceration of the crushed grapes, fermentation in steel at a controlled temperature

Medium-bodied, fruity

Cherry red color. Wide fruity scents with hints of marasche and fine floral notes. Good structure, very balanced, soft and persistent.

Cerasuolo d’Abruzzo Doc is the only rosé from Tenuta Antonini, pleasantly soft and fruity.

It is a versatile wine that can be accompanied both with meat and fish, capable in both cases of enhancing its flavors, without being intimidated by it.

It perfectly supports the combination with cured meats, white meats, roasted or grilled, and even cheeses, preferably medium-aged and delicate.

Likewise it can be paired with fish soups or grilled fish.

Cerasuolo d’Abruzzo Doc should be served at a temperature between 14° and 16° to best enhance its aromas and tasting notes.
