The lands on which the vineyards are located have various and composite morphological characteristics with a strong presence of calcareous areas rich in galestro and clayey; they are located at an altitude of 294 metres above sea level, with exposure to the West/South-West.

WINEMAKING
Grapes exclusively hand-picked and then selected using a sorting table. Very soft pressing and destemming of the grapes and subsequent fermentation in steel at a controlled temperature of around 24° – 26°C (without the addition of external yeasts), Frequent pumping over of the musts and délestages
Refinement
Part of the wine is placed in Tonneau of fine American woods for a 12-month aging period and then destined for the preparatory phases of bottling and a subsequent phase of brief aging in glass before its marketing.
Organoleptic Characteristics
Intense ruby red color, full and elegant, broad and complex aroma, fruity, with hints of plums, cherries and notes of tobacco, vanilla, slightly spicy. Full-bodied wine, soft and rich in noble tannins
