Matching and Service recommendations

P121 on the palate is dry, rightly tannic, harmonious and velvety. The aromas are those
of red fruits and the nose is intense and ethereal.

It is a wine with good organoleptic complexity and, like the most classic Montepulciano d’Abruzzo, is perfect for roasts, game and venison.

The recommended serving temperature is between 18° and 20°: it allows to appreciate well all the notes of this wine, aged in French oak tonneaux.
