soft pressing, cold maceration of the crushed grapes, fermentation in steel at a controlled temperature

Short in bottle

Medium-bodied, pleasant highlighted by a significant persistence

Straw yellow colour with golden reflections. Complex aromas with hints of white peach, lavender flowers, honey, vanilla and tropical fruits. Good structure, full, soft and long persistence.

Pecorino is one of the most representative wines of the Abruzzo region, but thanks to different winemaking choices, each one has a well-defined character.

Our Pecorino has a marked minerality, it is a soft, persuasive and balsamic white that goes perfectly with tasty and intense dishes: from medium-aged cheeses to preparations based on crustaceans and molluscsup to white meats and recipes with truffles or mushrooms which go well with a wine of long persistence.

Served between 10° and 12° C, it will be appreciated in all its pleasure and will conquer even the most demanding taste buds.
